With over 1,000 varied entries to decide amongst, judging our 6th Annual WineMaker Label Contest was a daunting task. Eventually, after much consideration — and a few glasses of wine — we arrived at this year’s set of winners.

<p><font size="3"><strong>Tim Gerst · Boynton Beach, FL</strong></font></p> <p>The King’s Ransom label was created for Tim Gerst’s first-ever batch of wine: a 2005 Riesling. Tim wanted to create a label that was fun and had a personal touch that matched the luster of his wine. The artwork is 100% original and hand-drawn, then scanned into a digital format to add color for printing.
