Your Customer ID number can be found on the letter mailed to you in December 2024. For your zip code, if you live in the US please only enter the main zip code and do not include the “+ 4” numbers. If you live in Canada, please include the space in the middle. If you live in other countries please enter the postal code the way it appears normally.
