Join us for a private winery tour followed by a three-course lunch with wine pairings at one of Virginia’s true wine pioneers and most award-winning wineries, Barboursville Vineyards.
You’ll be transported from the WineMaker Conference host hotel, the Charlottesville DoubleTree, to Barboursville Vineyards for a private winery tour with Winemaker and General Manager Luca Paschina. Luca is widely considered to be one of the region’s most influential winemakers helping put the Monticello AVA on the international map.
Following the tour you’ll head to the winery’s Palladio Restaurant for a three course lunch, each paired with a different Barboursville wine, chosen by the winery’s Sommelier Alessandro Medici. The lunch will feature fresh, local ingredients with an appetizer, main course, and dessert.
After lunch, you’ll be driven back to the hotel returning by 3:15 pm.
