Description
A Cabernet Sauvignon grape grown in a warm climate will have much different specs than the same Cabernet grape variety grown in a cold climate region. Learn the right techniques and climate-dependent approaches to maximize the potential of your red grapes grown in cold vs. warm regions with Peter Brehm, who has decades of experiences growing and buying grapes from a broad range of climates.
