Greg Doss earned a B.Sc. degree in microbiology from Oregon State University in 1996. After college he brewed professionally for five years – as an assistant brewer with Big Horse Brewing Co. (Hood River, OR) and as the head brewer of The Rock Brewing (Seattle, WA). He is currently the QC Manager and Microbiologist at Wyeast Laboratories.
